Routine maintenance and oil changes

We reserve the right to refuse or modify services at our discretion if conditions prevent safe or professional delivery.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and vehicle information when booking.
Arrive on time for appointments or notify us promptly to reschedule.
Ensure your vehicle is accessible and legally parked for mobile services.
Avoid duplicate bookings unless confirmed with us.

Failure to follow these requirements may result in appointment cancellation, denial of future service, or account suspension.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept major credit/debit cards through secure third-party processors.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us or our payment partners to process charges.

Refunds & Disputes: Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service issues, billing errors, or missed appointments. We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard Appointments: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.
Weather/Emergency Delays: If we reschedule due to weather or emergencies, you will be notified promptly.

5. Communications & SMS/MMS Program (10DLC Compliance)

By booking a service, subscribing, or opting in, you consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS/MMS messages, emails, and calls from Pro Detailing.

Program Name: Pro Detailing Alerts
Program Description: Appointment confirmations, service reminders, promotions, and important updates.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation SMS, and no further texts will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Lost personal items left in vehicles
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Detailing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruptions.
