Pro Detailing provides the following automotive services:

We reserve the right to refuse or modify services at our discretion, especially in cases where we determine that service cannot be safely or professionally delivered.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information when booking
  
  
• Show up to your appointment on time or notify us in advance if rescheduling is needed
  
  
• Ensure your vehicle is accessible and legally parked (for mobile services)
  
  
• Avoid making duplicate bookings unless confirmed
  
  

Any abuse of our booking system or failure to follow site rules may result in cancellation, denial of future service, or account termination.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards via secure payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us or our third-party provider to charge the applicable amount.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on service quality, missed appointments, or billing errors. We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Standard Appointments: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  
  
• No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a fee.
  
  
• Weather or Emergency Delays: If we reschedule due to inclement weather or emergencies, you will be notified as soon as possible.

By booking a service, subscribing, or opting in, you consent to receive transactional and promotional texts, emails, or calls from us.

You may opt out at any time by texting “STOP.”

You agree not to:

We disclaim liability for:
