2. Services
Pro Detailing offers mobile wash/detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, window tinting, and vehicle maintenance (“Services”). All services are subject to availability and require appointment booking.
3. Booking & Payment
- Appointments: Book online, by phone, or email. Please provide accurate vehicle and contact details.
- Pricing: Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and requested add-ons.
- Payment: Due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payments.
4. Customer Obligations
- Ensure vehicle accessibility and remove personal belongings prior to service.
- Disclose any pre-existing damage. Pro Detailing is not liable for latent defects (e.g., paint chips, mechanical issues).
- Follow pre-care instructions (e.g., parking in shade) to ensure optimal results.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Rescheduling/Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or “no-shows” may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.
- Refunds: Issued at our discretion for unsatisfactory work—please notify us within 48 hours of service.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: Except as expressly set forth, all services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.
- Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Detailing’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Pro Detailing harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, VA.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
